Yani joined Basalt in 2025 and is based in the New York office where she supports the origination, execution, management, and operation of investments across North America. Prior to joining Basalt, Yani was an Associate at Octopus Energy Generation, focusing on renewable energy investments in the region. She began her career as an Analyst in the Infrastructure and Energy advisory group at Macquarie Capital, also in New York.

Yani holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School.
