Tara joined Basalt as Compliance Manager in 2024. Prior to joining Basalt, Tara spent three years at Pollination, a climate and nature-focussed investment and advisory firm. Before joining Pollination, Tara worked as a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Investment Management and Private Equity Assurance team, advising firms on areas relating to regulatory compliance. Prior to Deloitte, Tara worked at Blackstone in the firm’s Legal and Compliance team in London, having previously spent over four years at Mirabella, a regulatory hosting firm which is part of the ACA Group.

Tara has a BA from Durham University, and an LLB from the University of Law.
