Neil joined Basalt in 2023 and is located in the New York Office, where he is involved in infrastructure investment activities and asset management across North America. Neil is currently a Director of Helios Power.

Previously, Neil spent 15 years with Macquarie Asset Management where he was a Managing Director in their North American infrastructure fund team. While at Macquarie, Neil focused on the origination, execution and management of a variety of investments across the energy infrastructure sector and served as a Board director for power generation, waste & environmental service and midstream energy companies. Neil also has experience working at a boutique merchant bank in M&A advisory in the renewable energy sector.

Neil has a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Warwick and a MBA from the University of Cambridge.
