Katie joined Basalt in 2021 and is located in the London office.  Katie focuses on driving Basalt’s ESG strategy, policies, procedures and reporting across its investment companies and its own operations.  Prior to joining Basalt, Katie spent over five years in HR at Actis LLP and a year with the UK’s development finance institution, CDC Group.  She has 15 years of experience working within financial services.

Katie holds a BSc (Hons) in Geography from The University of Birmingham and a Masters in HR Management from London Metropolitan University.
