June joined Basalt in 2017 and is located in the New York office. June advises on the origination, execution, management and operation of investments, predominately in North America. Previously, June worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Wells Fargo Securities in the Leveraged Finance Group in Charlotte, NC. She worked on a wide range of leveraged debt financings with a focus on the energy industry, and executed acquisition related bond and loan financings, tender offers, amendments, and repurchases.

June holds a B.A. in Finance with a concentration in Accounting from Michigan State University. June is a fluent speaker of Mandarin.
