Joe joined Basalt in 2017 and is a Principal in the New York Office. He’s responsible for leading asset management oversight of North American portfolio investments and serves on several portfolio company boards. He brings over 25 years of experience in asset management and infrastructure finance across the power, renewables, and energy sectors. Joe previously held senior roles at GE Energy Financial Services, Ashmore Energy, and Enron.

Joe holds a BBA from the University of Texas and an MBA from Tulane.
