Giorgiana joined Basalt in 2024 and is based in the London office, where she focuses on overseeing asset management activities across Basalt’s portfolio of investments.

With over 17 years of experience in infrastructure investing and asset management, Giorgiana has held several senior roles at leading firms, including Infracapital, InfraRed, and EISER. Her expertise spans asset management and certain execution aspects across a diverse range of portfolio companies in sectors such as transportation, telecommunications, energy transition, social infrastructure, utilities, and renewables.

Earlier in her career, Giorgiana spent nearly three years as a consultant at Willis Towers Watson, advising FTSE 100 companies on the design and implementation of executive compensation programs and best governance practices.

Giorgiana holds a Master of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics.
