Elie joined Basalt in 2022 and is located in the New York office. Elie advises on the origination, execution, management and operation of investments, predominately in North America. Elie began his career as an energy banker at ABN AMRO. More recently, Elie worked as a Senior Analyst at Starwood Infrastructure Finance in their credit investment group, where he focused on underwriting and portfolio management for investments in the power, midstream, and renewables sectors.

Elie holds a BA in Economics from Binghamton University.
