Charles joined Basalt in 2024 and is located in the London office. Charles focuses on Basalt’s investor relations and fundraising activities. Prior to Basalt, Charles spent two years at Alvarez and Marsal within its Private Equity Performance Improvement practice, which provides pre-deal and post-deal advisory services to private equity clients.

Charles holds a BA in Political Science with a minor in Italian from Georgetown University.
