Helios Power is a diversified portfolio of commercial and industrial (“C&I”) and distributed utility-scale solar generation assets in the U.S.  Helios Power will benefit from long-term contracted power offtake agreements with creditworthy parties. The solar assets rely on proven, low-risk technologies supported by long-term warranties from tier-1 suppliers of key equipment. Additional revenues will be earned from the monetisation of state-level renewable energy incentive programs. Helios Power represents Basalt’s sixth investment in North America.

Basalt partnered with Soltage to form Helios Power. Soltage is an established developer and operator with a longstanding track record of originating, designing, developing, financing, and operating solar generation assets. Previously, Basalt worked with Soltage to successfully build out Hyperion to 134 MWs.
