Basalt Infrastructure Partners and IGS Close Two Additional Portfolios for Habitat Solar

NEW YORK – IGS Ventures (“IGS Ventures”) and funds advised by Basalt Infrastructure Partners LLC (“Basalt”) announced today that they have closed two additional residential solar investment portfolios.  Capital raised for the two new portfolios will be used to build approximately 4,500 residential solar systems under 25-year leases and power purchase agreements across multiple states.  Together with previous investments, the Habitat Solar (“Habitat”) platform has raised approximately $942 million of total capital commitments.
