Leading diversified professional services and investment management company, Colliers (NASDAQ and TSX: CIGI), announced today it has entered into an agreement to make a strategic investment in Basalt Infrastructure Partners LLP (“Basalt”). The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and approvals and is expected to close in the second half of 2022.

This strategic partnership will enable Basalt to leverage Colliers global scale, network, research and investment-grade balance sheet to help source investment opportunities, develop innovative products to provide additional opportunities for our limited partners, and continue to attract best-in-class talent.

As part of this transaction, Basalt is pleased to announce that several key team members will be joining as equity partners of the business, alongside co-founders Rob Gregor and Steven Lowry, ensuring strong alignment to the long-term success of Basalt.
