Basalt Infrastructure Partners announces the acquisition of Digital Infrastructure Limited, adding a second investment to its UK fibre platform

London – 10 June 2021: Basalt Infrastructure Partners Fund (“Basalt”) today announces the acquisition of a majority interest in Digital Infrastructure Limited (“Digital Infrastructure” or the “Company”). Following the acquisition of Full Fibre Limited (“Full Fibre”) in December 2020, Digital Infrastructure represents the second investment by Basalt as part of its UK fibre rollout strategy and fourth investment in its latest fund. The terms of the transaction are not being disclosed.

Digital Infrastructure is an experienced owner and operator of fibre networks in England. The Company seeks to rollout and provide fibre to the premises (“FTTP”) to medium sized market towns in the UK.
