Basalt Infrastructure Partners LP (the “Fund”) completed the sale of the McEwan Power portfolio on 31st July 2019 for an undisclosed sum. The portfolio comprises of 10 solar parks located across the UK with a combined capacity of 71MW. The Fund acquired the McEwan Power portfolio through 2013 and 2014, with the initial parks being 100% equity funded and the later parks acquired through the proceeds of project finance introduced into the structure in late 2013 and early 2014.
