Basalt Infrastructure Undergoes A Re-brand

Transatlantic infrastructure investment firm Balfour Beatty Infrastructure Partners LLP (“BBIP”) today announces a renaming and rebranding of the firm as Basalt Infrastructure Partners LLP (“Basalt”). This also sees the firm establishing itself as an independent fund management business that will be 100% owned by the partners of the firm.

Basalt’s investment strategy will continue to focus on mid-market infrastructure assets in the energy, transport and utilities sectors in Western Europe and North America.
